Jefferson, Kitsap and Mason Counties - Septic Loan

For property owners in Jefferson, Kitsap, and Mason Counties, the Septic Loan offers a low cost, no hassle loan that covers 100% of your septic system repair or replacement costs. The loan is available regardless of income and, in most cases, credit history. The loan is made possible through the cooperation of private and public organizations, and is administered by Enterprise Cascadia, a non-profit organization with an office in Shelton, WA. Our non-profit organization has obtained the necessary resources to finance approximately 1,000 loans; we hope you will be one of them.

How do I apply? Applying is easy. You can securely apply online, over the phone, by mail or in person. Complete the loan application online or download an application now.
